Coordinator, Label Operations

About the role

The Coordinator, Label Operations supports Atlantic Music Group’s release pipeline, ensuring that new music moves smoothly from A&R hand‑off to commercial availability. You will work at the heart of a historic record label, interacting with multiple departments to keep the master release schedule on track.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing to plan upcoming releases and align timelines.
• Maintain and update the company‑wide release schedule, communicating changes to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Production, A&R Operations, Business Affairs, Creative and other teams to ensure all elements of a release are delivered on time.
• Monitor digital supply‑chain systems and resolve any issues that could impact release dates.
• Provide clear, calm communication across all levels of the organization.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn about the music industry.
• Comfortable navigating digital workflows and release‑related platforms.
