About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Supply Chain Manager in delivering fresh produce from growers to customers. The role focuses on planning shipments, managing grower relationships, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily order allocations, special packaging needs, and coordinate shipments with growers.
• Serve as the primary daily contact for growers, ensuring clear communication and alignment with packinghouse schedules.
• Develop long‑term grower programs, oversee contract compliance, and evaluate operational capabilities.
• Maintain optimal product and packaging inventory, monitor turnover, and prevent aging stock.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Quality Control) and participate in supply chain meetings.
• Track KPIs such as grower compliance and on‑time delivery, proposing improvements.
• Support additional projects and tasks to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or logistics roles, preferably in agriculture or perishable goods.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
