About the role

Join Philips as a Co‑op Manufacturing Engineer at the Reedsville, PA site for a six‑month, paid internship (July‑December 2027). You will gain hands‑on experience supporting production processes for medical‑technology products while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing departmental support processes that impact Philips’ med‑tech manufacturing, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support day‑to‑day operational tasks such as production flow, product quality, inventory management, and technical assistance.
• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform project strategy.
• Analyze project data, identify patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for decision‑making.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and capture detailed minutes to facilitate communication.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering Science, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with statistics is a plus.
