About the role

Are you interested in a co‑op opportunity with Philips? This 6‑month co‑op at our Murrysville site offers hands‑on experience in a health‑tech environment, supporting global supplier quality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day departmental activities, including strategic, operational and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support processes that impact Philips’ med‑tech products.
• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices and the competitive landscape.
• Analyze project data, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Participate in team meetings, capture minutes and ensure follow‑up.
• Organize and manage departmental documentation, ensuring accessibility and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or related).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to review data and identify trends.
• Understanding of procedures and ability to translate them into requirements.
• Curious, hands‑on problem solver who learns technical and operational processes quickly.
• Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ability to organize information clearly for documentation and training.
