Contract Recruiter – Dental Industry

About the role

Deep End Talent Strategies is seeking a fractional recruiter to support a dental industry client with ongoing hiring needs. This 1099 contractor position is remote and will involve 30‑40 hours per week, focusing on sourcing and evaluating candidates with specialized dental laboratory or restorative dentistry experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, targeting dental labs, restorative dentistry, implants, crowns, bridges, and digital dentistry technologies.
• Review resumes, conduct first‑round video interviews, and provide concise recommendations to the hiring team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in BreezyHR and manage communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Support additional Deep End recruiting projects as capacity allows.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably in dental, healthcare, medical device, laboratory, or similar technical environments.
• Comfortable with proactive outreach and conducting recorded video interviews.
• Strong organizational skills, dependable follow‑up, and professional communication in English.
• Ability to work independently while keeping the Deep End team informed of progress and market feedback.
