Consultant, Strategy & Operations

About the role

This position serves as an internal consultant and trusted advisor within the Enterprise Services Strategy & Operations team. You will partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to diagnose business needs, maintain a comprehensive view of the ES portfolio, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain end‑to‑end business insights on the ES portfolio, including objectives, people, services, projects, risks and budgets.
• Lead operational planning, performance management and analytics, identifying savings and ROI opportunities.
• Support disciplined delivery of key initiatives, communicating leadership support needs and removing obstacles.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field; MBA, Master’s or CFA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis and program management.
• Strong ability to transform unstructured data into executive‑level insights.
• Self‑directed, agile work style with the capacity to balance competing priorities.
• International work exposure is a plus.
