Consultant – Life Sciences Events Management Software Implementation

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Consultant to lead implementations of its Vault CRM Events Management solution for life‑sciences customers. You will deliver compliant, end‑to‑end event management systems covering speaker programs, advisory boards, roundtables and fee‑for‑service activities, while leveraging the Vault Platform to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a "Keep It Simple" mindset, guiding customers toward standard capabilities.
• Execute software implementations using best‑practice packages, automation tools and standardized processes.
• Configure solutions, manage data migration and perform validation on the Vault Platform.
• Integrate the full event lifecycle—from planning and speaker management to budget tracking, content distribution and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting and Account Partners to ensure smooth handoffs and feed feedback into product direction.

Required profile

• 2+ years delivering enterprise SaaS/cloud implementations of event‑management solutions.
• Understanding of life‑sciences commercial event operations and strong technical affinity for cloud platforms, workflow engines and data‑integration patterns.
• Proven consultative and presentation skills, able to lead discovery workshops and communicate architectural ideas clearly.
• Self‑starter with high attention to detail, operational discipline and willingness to travel up to 30%.
