About the role

Unlock your sales potential with Home Genius Exteriors in our fast‑growing Pittsburgh branch. This full‑time W‑2 role lets you focus on closing deals while 90% of the prospecting work is already done for you. We’re looking for driven professionals ready to become future leaders.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily
Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations
Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship
Work in a supportive, team‑first environment

Required profile

Confident communicator and natural relationship‑builder
Driven to succeed and grow
Proven sales experience with a strong track record

$100,000–$300,000+ annual earnings with a 70% advance up front and no commission cap
Weekly pay every Friday
