Construction Project Manager – Reconstruction

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to own residential and commercial reconstruction projects from initial scope through final completion in the Flowood/Jackson area. You will be the primary point of contact, managing everything from small $5,000 repairs to large‑loss projects exceeding $200,000.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects totaling approximately $1M in annual reconstruction revenue.
• Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, workmanship, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trade partners, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, change orders, documentation, and closeout.
• Communicate with homeowners, business owners, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong construction experience with project management responsibilities.
• Established relationships with subcontractors/trades in the Jackson, MS market.
• Ability to manage both small and large construction projects and read construction plans.
• Excellent customer communication skills and comfort spending significant time in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restoration technology and software such as Xactimate, DASH, Symbility, and Matterport.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ability to ensure compliance on job sites.
