Civil Engineer – Design & Project Management

About the role

A2H is seeking a Civil Engineer for its Jackson, TN office to lead design and project management on diverse civil engineering projects across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight and engineering design for civil projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare presentation drawings, specifications, and coordinate construction documents.
• Meet with clients, regulators, and agencies to build professional relationships.
• Maintain project files, meeting notes, financial information, and schedules.
• Participate in marketing, business development, and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
• Registered Engineer, preferably licensed in Tennessee, with ability to obtain registration in multiple states.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
