Construction Manager – Venice, FL

About the role

Perry Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple residential projects in Venice, FL. You will ensure that each home progresses smoothly from Phase II through final completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors across several job sites.
• Order and track construction materials, monitoring quantity and quality.
• Enforce Perry Homes’ quality standards and local building codes.
• Manage construction timelines, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform warranty service and other tasks as directed by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant management or leadership experience in residential construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and a compliant truck.
