Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations of assigned electrical construction projects from pre‑construction through completion. This role ensures safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met while maintaining strong client and public relations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project plans and monitor progress against safety, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates on scheduling and overall project status to management.
• Manage public and client relations and assist in securing new contracts.
• Collaborate with estimating and fleet departments to optimize work methods and resource utilization.
• Oversee union labor relations and enforce all safety protocols.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform duties in office or field locations as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the electrical construction industry.
• High school diploma or GED.

Required skills

• Journeyman‑level electrical construction skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
