Consignatario de Moda – Ventas y Gestión de Tienda

About the role

The position is responsible for selling all consigned merchandise on behalf of the company at a designated store, while ensuring high standards of customer service and effective sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Sell consigned fashion items and achieve sales targets.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and petty cash.
• Supervise and coordinate store staff to maintain optimal performance.
• Provide attentive customer service and handle client inquiries.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to improve results.

Required profile

• Degree or graduate in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or retail store management.
• Experience handling inventory, petty cash and supervising personnel.
• Immediate availability for a full‑time, onsite role.
• Ability to provide a mortgage guarantee and/or cash collateral (required).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
