About the role
The position is responsible for selling all consigned merchandise on behalf of the company at a designated store, while ensuring high standards of customer service and effective sales management.
Key responsibilities
- Sell consigned fashion items and achieve sales targets.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and petty cash.
- Supervise and coordinate store staff to maintain optimal performance.
- Provide attentive customer service and handle client inquiries.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
Required profile
- Degree or graduate in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or retail store management.
- Experience handling inventory, petty cash and supervising personnel.
- Immediate availability for a full‑time, onsite role.
- Ability to provide a mortgage guarantee and/or cash collateral (required).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
