Concierge – THEA at Metropolis

About the role

The Concierge at THEA at Metropolis provides front‑line resident services and acts as the primary information source for community members. Working in a vibrant, stabilized residential community of 685 units, you will ensure a welcoming environment and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage the office/lease area flow, and ensure visitor comfort.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedules, coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning and oversee package delivery notifications within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided amenities.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of concierge, customer‑service, high‑end retail, hotel, or residential experience.
• Weekend availability required; typical schedule 9 am–6 pm, subject to change.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
