Concierge – Residential Services at THEA Metropolis

About the role

The Concierge will be the primary point of contact for residents and visitors at THEA, a stabilized community of 685 units. You will coordinate resident services, provide local area information, and ensure a welcoming environment for prospects and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage the front‑desk flow and answer phone calls.
• Maintain guest suite schedules, loading dock/elevator coordination for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are ready each morning and manage package deliveries with timely notifications.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist the community team in planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and nurture relationships with concierge vendors.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working in all weather conditions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of concierge, customer‑service, high‑end retail, hotel, or residential experience.
• Weekend availability (9 am–6 pm) with flexibility for schedule changes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented attitude.
