Concierge – Residential Community

About the role

The Concierge provides resident services and program coordination for the THEA at Metropolis community, acting as the primary information source for local market resources and ensuring a welcoming environment for prospects and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage phone calls, and coordinate service request follow‑ups.
• Maintain guest suite schedule, loading dock/elevator coordination for move‑ins and move‑outs, and ensure clubhouse amenities are ready each morning.
• Document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours and track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning, and other community services.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing resident activities, maintain local area resource guides, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of concierge, customer‑service, high‑end retail, hotel, or residential experience.
• Weekend availability (9 am–6 pm) and flexibility to take call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
