Concierge – Resident Services & Sales Support

About the role

The Concierge at The Lofts at Brownwood supports residents and prospective renters by delivering a full range of service programs and acting as the primary information hub. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales team, the role enhances the leasing process, drives occupancy goals and helps retain residents.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly respond to all incoming calls, emails and inquiries from prospective residents, creating a positive first impression.
• Maintain regular communication with leads, using CRM tools to nurture interest and track interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate property tours, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for potential renters.
• Conduct timely follow‑up after tours to answer questions and address concerns, moving leads toward lease signing.
• Provide accurate information on community pricing, availability, amenities and leasing terms.
• Apply best practices to convert leads into leases, collaborating closely with the leasing team.
• Maintain and update lead tracking reports, analyze data for trends and supply feedback to improve lead management.
