Concierge – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge will craft personalized, unforgettable experiences for sophisticated guests at Faena New York. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will anticipate needs, arrange exclusive reservations, and source rare items with discretion and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide curated recommendations for dining, entertainment, cultural events, wellness, and shopping.
• Coordinate transportation, ticketing, dining, spa reservations, and other guest requests.
• Source specialty items, personalized gifts, and off‑menu requests while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences in CRM and PMS systems.
• Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, F&B, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Support VIP and celebrity guest handling in collaboration with Guest Experience leadership.
• Stay current on city happenings, seasonal programming, and luxury trends.
• Handle incoming calls and emails for Concierge services with poise.
• Assist with special projects and activations as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel or comparable high‑end guest‑services role.
• Deep knowledge of New York City’s cultural, culinary, and entertainment landscape.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Spanish, French or Portuguese are strongly preferred.
• High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
• Experience using ALICE or similar guest‑service platforms.
