Concierge for Resident Services

About the role

The Concierge at Park Summit will be the first point of contact for residents and prospects, providing exceptional service and coordinating community programs. This position supports the leasing office and ensures a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage phone calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain guest suite schedules, coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs, and ensure clubhouse amenities are ready each morning.
• Track package deliveries, equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community resources, notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing resident activities, and keep up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of customer service or concierge experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (Saturday‑Wednesday, 9 am‑6 pm) and be on‑call evenings, weekends, and holidays.
