Concessions Supervisor - Legends Nissan Stadium

About the role

The Concessions Supervisor supports all concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality, a hospitality services provider covering professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international and convention venues. The role involves managing event-day staff and working directly with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training and counseling of event staff, and directly manage event-day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory, conduct physical audits and perform reconciliations.
• Train, educate and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance with corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Ensure co-workers comply with service standards, inventory and cash control procedures.
• Work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, with good time management and prioritizing skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Fluent English and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds up and down stairs or ramps, and to move around constantly reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling.
• Meets state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Follows and encourages safety policies, completes safety training and reports incidents through the company's risk management system.
