Concessions Supervisor - Legends Nissan Stadium

About the role

The Concessions Supervisor supports all concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality, a hospitality services provider covering professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international and convention venues. The role involves managing event-day staff and working directly with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event-day staff while interacting directly with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory, and conduct physical audits and reconciliations.
• Train, educate and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and compliance with corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Ensure co-workers comply with service standards, inventory and cash control procedures.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, with good time management and prioritizing skills.
• Meets state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Fluent English; able to work in an open-air environment in all weather.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds up and down stairs or ramps, and to work all venue events including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility for production tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for long periods.

• Follow and encourage safety policies, complete safety training, and report safety incidents through the company's risk management system.
