About the role
The Community Manager for the Zenn Skyview property in Phoenix will oversee daily operations, lead the on‑site team and ensure the community runs smoothly while meeting financial and compliance targets. This position is key to delivering a high‑quality living experience for residents in a multifamily environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staffing, scheduling and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements and adjust rent rates to meet revenue goals.
- Ensure timely collection and posting of rent and fees.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and resident communications to drive occupancy and satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and training to property staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
- 4‑6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
