Community Manager for Zenn Skyview

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Zenn Skyview property in Phoenix. The role oversees daily operations, ensures financial targets are met, and maintains compliance with housing regulations while fostering a positive resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the property’s budget, analyze financial statements, and monitor revenue performance.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Supervise on‑site staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant laws.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multifamily housing regulations.
• Experience in property or community management with a focus on financial and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
