Community Manager – West Village / Avana East Main

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations for the West Village and Avana East Main properties. The role combines leadership of on‑site staff, financial stewardship, and resident relations to ensure the community runs smoothly and meets performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets, analyze financial statements, and monitor market trends.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Maintain petty cash, control expenditures, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, handle evictions, and collect late fees.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or community management within multifamily housing.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and lease administration.
• Ability to lead on‑site teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant regulations.
