About the role
The Community Manager for Verano Townhomes will oversee daily operations of the property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational goals. This position ensures compliance with company policies and all relevant housing regulations while fostering a positive resident experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect payments, process deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
- Control expenditures within budget limits and manage petty‑cash funds.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
- Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and service initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience in residential property management or community management.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and lease administration.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multifamily regulations.
- Ability to lead a team, manage vendors, and maintain compliance.
