Community Manager – Vancouver

About the role

This position supports the upcoming transition of a multifamily property in Vancouver, WA. The Community Manager oversees daily operations, leads the on‑site team, and drives financial and operational performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements, and monitor revenue targets by setting rent rates and ensuring timely rent collection.
• Approve vendor invoices, control expenditures, and manage petty cash while maintaining proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies based on market trends to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Address resident complaints, coordinate maintenance requests, and conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and appearance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate property staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team.
• Maintain owner relationships through property tours, performance updates, and responsive communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced use of internet, word processing, spreadsheet and database management programs.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
