Community Manager – Thornbridge Property

About the role

The Community Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of a stabilized, garden‑style property with 286 units. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations, and driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements, and monitor revenue targets.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Respond to resident inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote resident satisfaction.
• Supervise property staff: hiring, training, performance management, and daily oversight.
• Maintain property standards through regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Manage owner relationships, provide performance updates, and conduct property tours.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and database management.
• Internet and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
