Community Manager – The Eden

About the role

The Eden community needs a proactive Community Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the on‑site team, and ensure resident satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rent collection, invoicing, budgeting and financial reporting for a 235‑unit stabilized property.
• Supervise staff hiring, training, performance and coordinate maintenance and service requests.
• Enforce lease terms, process applications, discounts, renewals and handle evictions and late fees.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of community management experience, preferably in the DTLA market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Yardi, AIRM, Entrata, OneSite).
• Advanced use of Internet, word processing, spreadsheet and database tools.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and California lease compliance.
