About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of The Bricks at Perimeter Center, a stabilized mid‑rise community of 446 units. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure compliance with all housing regulations, and drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
  • Lead and develop on‑site staff, scheduling work and monitoring performance.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and forecast revenue and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Maintain high standards of property appearance and resident satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of multi‑family housing regulations and best practices.
