Community Manager – Talon Hill

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of an assigned property in Talon Hill. The role combines property management, budgeting, leasing, and resident services to achieve financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures, manage petty cash, and stay within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management with a focus on budgeting and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multifamily housing regulations.
• Ability to interpret market and economic trends to drive leasing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
