Community Manager – Social Media

About the role

Later is seeking a Community Manager who lives and breathes social media. You will create scroll‑stopping content and drive real engagement for our clients across a range of platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute best‑in‑class, social‑first content on Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts and other channels.
• Conceptualise and produce creative assets that feel native to each platform.
• Plan, shoot and edit social media content from pre‑production to post‑production.
• Monitor trends, memes and cultural moments, and respond in real time with brand‑appropriate content.
• Engage with audiences, respond in brand voice(s), and nurture community relationships.
• Collaborate with internal influencer teams to integrate social and influencer strategies.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to brainstorm and deliver innovative content ideas.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• Trend‑chaser and trendsetter who anticipates viral moments.
• Creative, confident on‑camera and off‑camera.
• Strong storytelling instincts and eye for thumb‑stopping visuals.
• Comfortable embodying multiple brand personas and engaging in internet culture.
