Community Manager – Preston Peak

About the role

We are seeking a Community Manager for the Preston Peak property in San Antonio. The role oversees daily operations, leads the on‑site team and ensures the community delivers high resident satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staffing, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process deposits and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Oversee lease administration: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, enforce notices and manage delinquency collections.
• Analyze market trends and develop short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all applicable multi‑family housing regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or community management within the multifamily sector.
• Strong understanding of relevant housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
