Community Manager – Palm Beach County

About the role

Greystar is seeking a bilingual Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of an assigned multifamily property in Palm Beach County. The role combines property management, financial oversight, and resident relations to ensure the community runs smoothly and meets performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Collect rent, process payments, prepare monthly financial reports, and handle bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, conduct inspections, process evictions, and collect late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in multifamily property management or related real‑estate operations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical abilities for budgeting and market analysis.
