Community Manager – Lease‑Up Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a lease‑up property in Homestead. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, set rent rates, and achieve targeted revenues.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through prompt response to complaints and service requests.
• Supervise property staff – hiring, training, performance management – and conduct regular property inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong computer skills – internet, word processing, spreadsheets, database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
