Community Manager – Haven at Largo Station

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Haven at Largo Station apartment community, leading staff and ensuring financial and operational goals are met. This position requires strong leadership, resident service focus, and compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements, and set rent rates to meet revenue targets.
• Approve vendor invoices, reconcile expenses, and control expenditures within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, and manage evictions and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Respond to resident inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, evaluating performance according to company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, property tours, and addressing owner requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.
• Strong skills in Internet use, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for on‑site transportation.
