Community Manager – Glendale

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large stabilized property in the Glendale area. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure smooth day‑to‑day activities, and drive financial performance while maintaining compliance with all housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise property staff and coordinate daily operational tasks.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and conduct regular financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and company policies.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and address community issues promptly.
• Utilize Yardi software for property management and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of property management or community management experience.
• Proven ability to work with budgets and financial statements.
