Community Manager – Galleria Area

About the role

This role manages the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned property in the Galleria area, overseeing team members, daily activities, and resources to meet financial and operational goals. The Community Manager ensures compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations while driving resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements, and set rent rates to meet revenue targets.
• Approve vendor invoices, reconcile work performed, and oversee petty cash and bank deposits.
• Handle lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, and manage evictions and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Supervise property staff, conduct hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and ensuring timely service requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Internet, word processing, spreadsheet and database management.
