Community Manager for Vida at Morgan Hill

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Vida at Morgan Hill property, leading a team to meet financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and ensuring timely service request resolution.
• Conduct property inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, managing performance according to company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, tours, and responsive communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in internet use, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.

• Base salary $85,000‑$90,000 per year.
