Community Manager for The Seven at West Boca

About the role

This role manages the day‑to‑day operations of The Seven at West Boca, an 448‑unit garden‑style community. The Community Manager oversees staff, ensures compliance with company policies and housing regulations, and drives financial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges, and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, handle evictions and collect late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Respond to resident inquiries, resolve service issues, and ensure maintenance team meets service standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, managing performance according to company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through updates, tours, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and capable of working independently and as a team leader.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Internet, word processing, spreadsheet and database management programs.
• Experience using property‑management software such as Entrata, Yardi or OneSite.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
