About the role
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee The Hawkins, a mid‑rise lease‑up property in Chamblee, Georgia. The role involves leading daily operations, managing the on‑site team, and ensuring the community delivers on financial and service goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the 192‑unit property, including team supervision and resource allocation.
- Drive achievement of budgeted financial and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Provide input for budget development by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
- Support lease‑up activities and maintain high resident satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in property or community management.
- Strong ability to lead teams, meet performance targets, and uphold regulatory standards.
