About the role

The Leasing Professional 2 supports the Alta Grandway community by driving marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy and revenue targets. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, ensure a smooth move‑in experience, and maintain high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Manage lease renewals and retain existing residents.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
