About the role
The Housekeeper – Brickyard is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing offices, and shared amenities at the Barbers Hill community. This role supports the overall property appeal and contributes to a market‑ready environment for prospective residents.
Key responsibilities
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments on a daily basis or as directed.
- Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
- Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
