Community Manager for Summit at Sausalito

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Summit at Sausalito property, managing staff, finances, and resident experience to meet budgeted goals and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set rent rates, collect payments, prepare monthly financial reports, and manage bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, reconcile charges, and maintain insurance certificates.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends, develop leasing strategies, and drive occupancy and revenue targets.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, managing performance according to company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, tours, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata preferred; Yardi or OneSite acceptable).
• Strong internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
