Community Manager for Silver Oak Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Silver Oak property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue goals by setting rent rates, collecting payments, making bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management within multi‑family housing.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
