Community Manager for Mid‑Rise Apartment Community

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of a stabilized mid‑rise apartment community of 300 units, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, monitor revenues, set rent rates, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease administration, including applications, renewals, evictions, and fee collection.
• Analyze market trends to create leasing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Respond to resident inquiries, resolve service issues, and conduct regular property inspections.
• Supervise and train property staff, and maintain strong owner relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and independent work abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced use of internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
• Valid driver’s license for on‑site vehicle operation.
