About the role
The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Marlowe Centennial Hills property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations. This position is pivotal in driving resident satisfaction, financial performance, and overall property success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate coding to the appropriate chart of accounts.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
- Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑range marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and community initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience managing day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily property.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting, rent collection, and expense control.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal accounting teams.
