About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Lynwind garden‑style community in Davenport, Florida. This full‑time position ensures the property runs smoothly, meets financial targets, and complies with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage on‑site staff, daily activities, and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
- Develop and monitor the property budget, analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
- Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
- Coordinate resident services, address community concerns, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and housing compliance.
