Community Manager for Fox Valley Villages

About the role

The Community Manager oversees daily operations of the Fox Valley Villages property, leading staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant housing laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Oversee leasing activities, including application approvals, rent collection, lease renewals, and enforcement.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints, service requests, and ensuring timely maintenance response.
• Supervise property staff, conduct hiring, training, performance evaluations, and enforce company standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year as a Community Manager with 4‑6 years of relevant property management experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and required state/local certifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in Internet use, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
