Community Manager for City Place Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the City Place apartment community, leading staff and ensuring financial and operational goals are met while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, rent collection, invoicing, and financial reporting for a 214‑unit property.
• Supervise leasing activities, including application approvals, lease renewals, inspections, and enforcement actions.
• Lead property staff through hiring, training, performance management, and daily supervision.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints, service requests, and ensuring property standards for safety and appearance.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of community management experience with strong financial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multi‑unit operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Entrata, OneSite, OPs technology).
• Experience using CRM systems and processing purchase orders.
• Strong internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management abilities.
