Community Manager - Cabana Mesa

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Cabana Mesa property, leading staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and drive revenue through rent setting and collections.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Enforce lease terms, process applications, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends to create short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies that meet occupancy goals.
• Supervise property staff, conduct hiring, training, performance reviews, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, and database management tools.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
• All required state and local licenses/certifications for property management.
